Depois de «If U Seek Amy», Britney Spears volta a dar que falar devido à letra de uma das suas canções. O novo single «3» já chegou às rádios e Britney parece cantar sobre aventuras sexuais a três.

«Quantos mais melhor/diversão a triplicar», «viver em pecado é a nova moda» e «se não gostares da companhia/fazemo-lo só nós os dois/tu e eu/ou três/ou quatro/no chão» são algumas das passagens da letra da nova canção.

«3» é o único inédito de «The Single Collection», uma compilação dos maiores êxitos da cantora norte-americana e que chega às lojas a 23 de Novembro.
